PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & DELIVERY

Payments

When all the goods in your shopping basket have been processed, you will be asked for your payment. Your payment details are processed on secure encrypted pages by Protx to ensure the highest level of security.

You can pay for your online order using Visa, MasterCard, Delta or Solo cards.

We validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in the checkout pages.

All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Orders can be delivered only to the countries listed in the payment pages. Payment will be debited from your account once your payment has been authorized, before the dispatch of your purchase.

Payment will be taken in Pounds Sterling and converted by your bank. Rates given on Revelasia.com may not be the same as that charged by your bank. Our rates shown are updated automatically every 24 hours.

Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between Revelasia and the customer.

All orders are subject to availability.

Order cancellations

You may not cancel your order on Bindis or Ready Made Henna for Hygiene reasons. However on all other items you have the legal right to cancel your online order within seven working days of receipt of the goods.

Making changes to your order

Up until the point of dispatch to you, your legal rights and obligations allow you to cancel or change your order should you change your mind. Should this be the case please email us at info@revelasia.com.

Refunds

Refunds and Exchanges

In the interest of hygiene we are unable to offer a refund on Bindis unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your legal rights.

You can return any item to us other than Bindis for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 7 days of receipt of your goods, and as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging.

Ash Kumar's"Ready Made Henna" is made to order at the Ash Kumar company and is therefore non refundable unless the product is faulty. This does not affect you legal rights.

Email us at info@revelasia.com stating your order reference so we can arrange for collection of the item or other means dependant on your location.

Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.

Please give us at least 14 days to process your refund on cancellations once we've received your goods. The refund will be credited to the payment card account.

Delivery

Delivery services

You order will be delivered using Royal Mail insured delivery. A signature will be required for confirmation of delivery.

For UK deliveries, delivery will be between 7.30am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.

Delivery charges

You will only pay one delivery charge per order, and the delivery charge will be determined by the weight of your order and location. Please note we don't deliver outside the UK, or to shipping companies or Post Office boxes.

Delivery of Ash Kumar's"Ready Made Henna"

Revelasia act as an agent on behalf of the Ash Kumar Company for Ready Made Henna.

Ready made Henna is produced to order and dispatched from specially licensed premises at the Ash Kumar Company. The delivery of Ready Made Henna order is the responsibility and liability of the Ash Kumar Company.

Because your Ready Made Henna order is dispatched from the Ash Kumar Company, it means that if your order contained Ready made Henna along with other items, this would be dispatched as a separate parcel. You will still only be charged for one delivery fee but your order may be split in to two.

Ready made Henna is only available to order up to two weeks in advance of requirement and can only be delivered on a Wednesday.
